We know how busy London gets ( not specially now ) and of course how difficult sometimes is to have that little time to go to a salon or call a mobile therapist to your home. Especially now with the impact CODIV-19 is making to our society and normal rutines. As we are at home, I wanted to share with you one good rutine to start (or continuing if you are already doing so) in this fresh blog that might be helpful.
We would like to highligth the importance Today’s post will be talking about a few quick tips for a good skincare regime.
1) Cleansing your skin
We wwou
Remember the skin is one of the most important organs that do different jobs at the time, we need to protect it and look after it. Ther are different kinds of cleansers: milk cleanser, water, foam, soap bar and so on. You choose the one that is right for you that you like and of course that your skin accepts. Do this twice a day, morning and before bedtime. Please remove your make up too, If always recommend a makeup removal oil-based because it melts the makeup quicker and it’s easy to wipe.
2) Apply toner
Toner, it’s not an important step but simply is wiping any residue of the cleanser and to leave a hydrated and fresh skin feel. The quick thing we would like to add is that the toner when in the summertime and hot, it’s good to leave it in the fridge so when going out it feels nice and cool to spray it few times throughout the day.
We like to use a toner with rose water base because of its fresh sensation and it smells just as if a rose has Blossom.
3) Hydrated and Moisturized Skin
This is a very important step. Never leave the house without a good cream applied to your skin. Skin is just like a plant it needs water to survive, well so your skin does. Choose a cream that is good for you and your skin accepts. We won’t be recommending much to be honest because there are so many and we don’t really like recommending it because it’s not about the money. You can have the most cheapest one. like you can have the most expensive one and both doing the same job!
Remember to ALWAYS apply a sun protection factor, not just in summer but all year round. It can be already in your moisturizer or just buy a separate one.
These are the tips, for now, we will have more to talk about in futures blogs but please if you have any comments or questions, anything at all we are here to listen to you and to help you some way.
Bbonita comes to you but also is here to give you what we believe are good tips!
